Craig and his whole team at Morton Realty Co are the absolute best people to work with when it comes to buying or selling your home. My husband and I have worked with Craig on two of our home sales, one of our home purchases and the purchase of a plot land for our forever home. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about real-estate but he also has the experience as general contractor. He knows when a home is made with good bones and he always has his clients best interests at heart. When it comes to making the commitment to buying a home, Craig and his team are the only ones I would trust to guide me through the process from beginning to end, no matter what it is you are in the housing market for. Realtors today are a dime a dozen but Craig and his team are the diamond in the rough.

Randy went above and beyond in everything relating to my home search. We went on multiple condo and house visits and Randy was ready with information on each one. When I decided I wanted to make an offer on any property, Randy had the information to me and documents to sign very quickly. When one property fell through towards the end of closing, Randy worked with me and my loan officer to get my earnest money back quickly and help continue my search. And when I was able to find the home for me, Randy was on top of making sure all repairs were followed up with before the closing date, allowing the closing date to be moved up! Thanks for all your help Randy, I really appreciate it!

I would highly recommend Randy as your realtor. From start to finish he was efficient, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Our first phone call I knew I chose right! He called me and I said “can you look into this place?” He right away said “I’ll go pull it, call the realtor and get back to you.” Not even 10 min go by and he had booked a time for me to see it. Went and saw the place and I knew it was the one. I asked Randy what do we need to do to get it and he said he’d get on a contract right away. Explained an elevator clause to me and my best offer went in. Offer approved and the best thing my sisters from out of town were visiting and he took his Easter Sunday to meet my sisters, best friend and I so I could show them my new place.
